The President and Committee of the LPFC extend an invitation to all members, supporters, sponsors and community residents to enjoy a sumptuous buffet breakfast while being entertained by Paul Roos.

Paul Roos is truly a legend of our great game. Starting his career as a junior at Beverley Hills JFC in Donvale he moved to Fitzroy where he played 269 games for 270 goals. After Fitzroy’s demise he moved to Sydney where he played 87 goals for 19 games. He also represented Victoria 14 times for 11 goals. He was named CHB in Fitzroys team of the century. He won the Fitzroy best and fairest 5 times, was named All Australian 5 times and was named Australian Father of the year in 2008.

Post his playing career he became an incredibly successful coach who changed the way the game was played. He also had a very large impact on the culture of the clubs he coached. Sydney he coached 202 games with a premiership in 2005. Melbourne he coached 66 games. We are honoured to have Paul address our season launch.
