Well done to Luke Groves and Tim Duckworth on winning the inaugural NFL Golf Day.
Played at Heidelberg Golf Club on Sunday, the guys shot a very respectable 2 under to take the title and add a much needed trophy to the cabinet at the Bear Cave.
Well done also to Grant Barden for the concept and getting the competing clubs together. The day will no doubt grow over coming years and add to the rivalry amongst NFL clubs.
Also, huge thank you to Karen and Sharon for bbq duty at the golf day. They were truly superb and greatly appreciated by all. I even think they enjoyed it as much as the players!
